The staff are terrific. Everyone dotes on my pup and makes her feel welcome. I also really appreciate that they are often able to take her on short notice.

The staff know my dog and his personality quirks, therefore I can trust he is being well cared for. My only dislike is elimination of the purchasing daycare passes, now replaced with this “wellness” billing thing. Can see how it benefits the company not the client.
Staff is friendly and they make sure my dog is having fun and safe during the day. We keep coming back because my dog loves it there.
Just about everything. My only complaint is I can’t seem to get the front desk to consistently send me a receipt for a day of day care.

Friendly, cleanliness, safety. Easy to talk with front desk. Pricing ok, could lower extras in boarding from $15 to $10. If you request alot it adds up. Or give a discount buy this amount get this amount free. Package deal.
