Attention to the pets

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Both check- in and pick up are very easy. It would be helpful to get some type of short report, checklist, or a few comments about how my dog did while she was in daycare.

Easily available when I needed them. My husband was ill and we spent a lot of time going to the doctors and hospitals in Richmond. They were always willing to help me with daycare even in a last minute situation. My husband has passed away and I have moved, but still utilize the service when I come into Fredericksburg.

Lucy loves coming to Dogtopia. I am happy to have Melanie as the Manager. She is very professional and working hard to get improvements in the office. I want to thank the two young men who sit in the front area. They are. Ery hard working and loving to Lucy. Thank you both so much.

Everything!!

Let me just say there has been a lot of change since the business has been sold to a new owner.
Definitely the entrance has been redone and looks very nice. However, there has been a lot of turn over in staff. Workers that I used to know on a first name basis have left and I didn’t even realize they were leaving. This can be unsettling since I am unsure as to the why.
I will say that there have been some wonderful workers that I have introduced myself to – Renee has been amazing. And there three or four more that I would like to do shout outs for- but I don’t know there names.
