Frisco – Preston Reviews

The staff were attentive and kept me posted about my puppy.

Travis the groomer is amazing! He groomed my Sasha, she looks terrific. Even sent pictures during the grooming phases. What a beautiful job. Dogtopia is so reasonable. I saved $30.00. When I called for an appointment, McKenzie answered, she is the receptionist. So personable and outgoing, answered all my questions. Dogtopia is a great place if you want the best for your fur babies!

Travis was so gentle and kind working on my little dogs’ nail trimming. Both were apprehensive but Travis calmed them. Definitely recommend him.

Great staff. Keep me informed. Hours-I’m always a little early and it’s always ok. My dog loves to go

I love how friendly the staff is every time I visit, love how I can check on my pup through the webcams, and how accommodating the team is for my schedule!!

Always so friendly and I know Gigi is in good hands when I leave her for a day to play or even for boarding.

The friendliness of the crew and their dedication to ensuring my pups have a fun and safe time while at “school”. 🙂

Great employees. Clean, organized and my dog always loves coming back

My dogs love the staff. They’re always helpful and courteous. The Frisco/Preston location is great.

You guys are awesome! Charlie goes in there excited every time, it makes me feel like I’m leaving my baby in the best hands. I can tell how much you love him and care for him, which gives me peace of mind knowing that he’s being loved and cared for.
