Responsive, courteous staff.

Milo has been going to Dogtopia of Gainesville for several years and has always been well taken care of. The staff is attentive and Milo enjoys making new friends during his visits. They offer a variety of activities that keep him entertained and happy, which is especially comforting when I have to travel internationally. It’s reassuring to know he is in a safe and engaging environment.

What I like the most is the ease of scheduling and the ease of checking in on my pup while he is away from me. They also send videos and pictures to me and I appreciate it as I miss my pup so much while I am away.

Dog friendly staff that really understand dogs and their owners.

I love the fact that my dog can run around and play most of the day. Of course, they get little breaks and can take a nap, but he always seems happy when I drop him off.

Everyone is very friendly, good to the dogs, good hours . Dogs well taken care of with lots of fun options to choose from to entertain the dogs. We love the webcams that we can log into to check on our pups!

Everyone super nice and attentive to our pets. They genuinely care about the animals.

Staff is friendly, lil guy is always “happy”, and exhausted for a day or two after picking him up which means he’s played hard!
