We love Dogtopia and have used them for years. However, the pricing is just getting too high. I’m hoping we don’t have to board somewhere else in the future:(

The staff are very friendly, and my boy is well taken care of! I appreciate that he’s placed in the Toy Box with other short dogs.

I like the service very much but my husband was upset because my children got kennel cough. Otherwise I enjoyed it watching them on a video. It seems very different to them but I felt they were safe and they had better air-conditioning than we do at home.

Friendly staff, it’s clean and organized and the animals don’t seem stressed or afraid in that environment. They seem like they’re genuinely enjoying themselves.

Easy to book very convenient and my dog gets plenty of exercise

The amount of staff turn over has been confusing as a pet parent. It is also concerning as a pet parent that has a dog with a special need. The staff is EXCELLENT at making sure Bandit’s needs are taken care in regards to his collapsing trachea……WHEN they know about it. I always tell the new people and they did NOT know. I get it, they are new, but it is scary to me. Bandit came home with one of Dogtopia’s collars around his neck, so mistakes are being made. Also, the pick up and drop off service can be a bit slow on occasion because there isn’t enough staff. When there is enough staff, and they have been there for awhile, they are GREAT!

I like the socialization of the dogs and they can exercise and make friends with other dogs as well as the humans that monitor them to ensure all dogs are safe and happy.

The employees! They seem to really care about the dogs. Our dog (Bones) is deaf (born that way) and they all seem to get him and his needs. Bones clearly loves going there and out of them.
