I love everything about Dogtopia except the price. Paying $580 for a week for my dog to stay with you while I’m on vacation is more than a hotel room for a human. I’m afraid I’ll have to start looking elsewhere for boarding due to cost.
The workers are always friendly and I love that you have cameras in your daycare.
My dog is very happy to spend the day with your staff and, of course, the canine playmates.

Luna had a great visit at Dogtopia of Gainesville. She spent the weekend there. I liked that we could see her on the camera’s. She had so much fun playing with the other dogs.
I’ve had issues with billing and charge discrepancies that were difficult to correct. Also, I had the wrong dog brought out to me so it would be helpful to maybe work on a better system so new employees can be confident they are bringing out the correct dogs.
