Our dog (and we!) absolutely love Dogtopia. She is safe and well-cared for, we can get her spa services, and they do fun theme days with cute pictures. Their bark menu allow us to pick something unique every day from frozen treats to protein bowls. Their hours are reasonable for drop off and pick up, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Better communication. I understand dogs are tough with each other. But if they get cuts that aren’t there when they were dropped off, I believe the parents should be told.

The flexibility of hours, the plans for multiple days. The team at Gainesville is fantastic. It is just like daycare environments, the management make or break a center and the Gainesville leadership is wonderful. I like the different activities for my dog.

The staff is amazing and their love for my dog is evident! They are always so excited to see him and he loves them too! The party days and events are so cute and I love the photo collage I now have of my pup! I’m so glad we found Dogtopia of Gainesville!

I arranged a babysitting appointment with Ruby the day before our drop off. I also asked that my dog be given a spa treatment and that I would pay extra for him to receive a game of fetch and his pick up would be 1630. I dropped him off at 1100 and at 1:15pm I recieved a text to pick him up. When I called the facility, my dog had been bathed but never allowed to interact with the other dogs and he was placed in a cage awaiting pick up. He missed the whole morning of play and then there was “nap time”. I was very disappointed with how the ball was dropped. When my daughter picked him up at 3:45pm, I had a bill for $47. I sitll don’t know how those charges came together for less than 4 hours in a facility, two of which were “naps”.

Customer service & communication is great!

I like the option of viewing my dog through out the day. I also like that the staff genuinely look like they enjoy interacting with the dogs.

Their responsiveness, how well they take care of our babies, and the fun activities they organize for them.
