The employees are all kind and helpful. They communicate well and are always prompt with responses.

The staff was great and I felt they really had the dogs intersets at heart. We will see how often we choose to use daycare, however, it is an option worth exploring for us.

Kayce just loves going to Dogtopia! She is usually standoff-ish around people in public, but she immediately gets excited to see the coaches at Dogtopia and let’s them love on her. I can tell they care about her well-being and spend time with her while she’s there. Everyone is super friendly to me, and willingly takes the time to answer my dozens of questions. Dogtopia has been key in her positive socialization as a puppy, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them over the others we visited.

I love the new ownership and the care team at the Gainesville location for Dogtopia. They really seem to care about dogs and I like the fact that they offer extra petting time for small fee to the owners. Please continue to keep up the good work.

Friendly staff that really loves dogs!

Today was my fur baby’s 3rd daycare visit-he was happy to see me and was hesitant to leave because he had such an awesome time. The staff is attentive and friendly to the humans and fur babies.

When moving into the area, I was able to get appointments for my dogs for day care quickly, the staff was very helpful, kind and courteous and the facilities are clean and monitored closely. I also began using Dogtopia’s grooming services the week following our arrival from Massachusetts. Again, my dogs were cared for like they were family members! I am very happy I have found a great place for doggie care.

Everyone is friendly and you can tell they care for everyone’s pup! I love being able to get my pup’s grooming done while she’s there for the day, too! The fee for services is affordable and they do a nice job on teeth, ears and nails. One of my favorite things are the planned monthly activities and silly photos we can get done throughout the month. The themes are fun and somehow they get the pictures to work. The pet bar where I can order a special treat once in awhile is just awesome..
