Friendly and very open. It’s nice to see the same staff working with my pup.

Staff is great and they seem to really care for my dog. He loves going each time 🙂

It’s convenient and cheap and the customer service is so great i went on friday dec 2nd 2022 at 9 am and the front desk ladies were so nice and understanding and informative

O. Henry can be a shy guy, but not when it comes to going to Dogtopia! He’s ready to get out of the car (not always the case), noses at the door, and is ready to trot back to the Toy Box. We love that the staff greets him excitedly by name every morning! Thank you for helping O. Henry overcome his shyness and enjoy hanging out with his BFFFs!

Everyone is always great here. Artemis is well loved and well cared for. I’ve never had an issue with her medications or food not being given, she always has access to her bed and receives lots of love while she’s there!

The front foyer of the building is still really pungent. And it has been for a long time. I hate to complain but it’s just been a real problem for months. Additionally, every time my dog comes home she just smells terrible and needs a bath so that she doesn’t put the smell in our house too. I’ve had you guys bathe her before pickup but she just goes back in the population and the smell is on her anyway. I’m not sure what your cleaning practices are for the back and the front, but I would respectfully say it’s not working as is. My recommendation is the hire out a cleaning service or invigorate your practices. Love you guys and hope you can it get fixed. It’s making me dread bringing her there. Sorry, but trying to provide constructive criticism that can help.

You were able to take my boxer for a half day on the same day service was requested. He had a lot of fun and came home tired 😁
