I don’t believe there’s anything you need to improve on. My dog literally loves this place.

Everyone seems to really care about the animals and takes time to greet them. Both of my dogs were pretty nervous since they have never been boarded or to a doggie day care. They spent time to talk to them and reassure them before taking them into the facility.

They keep you informed on what is happening that day with special stuff that they are doing like having a picnic or bacon day or special occasions

Staff was knowledgeable and kind. My dog had a great experience with the meet and greet and had a great time playing with her new doggie friends.
Facility was clean and safe. I especially appreciate the no slip flooring in the play areas.
