I like that they have access to an outdoor area. I also like being able to check in on my pup with the webcams. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I also loveeee the activities they have for pups.

We love Dogtopia of Geneva! I never worry when dropping our guy off and know that he’s well taken care off! He comes home tired after a day of playing with his friends.
The staff loves him like he’s their own ❤️

Friendly, compassionate

Associates are all very friendly and courteous as well as being very professional. They have always provided superior customer service. They all exhibit a genuine desire to assist you in whatever the issue may be. And, they all exude a very pet friendly attitude, and they all are great assets for Dogtopia.

Friendly and professional front desk. The coach that comes out seems genuinely happy to see our dog. I like the cameras, feeding and rest schedule. I am confident my dog is receiving care and attention.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Our pooch loves being there and having playmates to pass the time with.

The staff is attentive and take very good care of our dog in daycare and boarding. The place is SO clean every time we visit. We can watch the camera livestream to check on our dog which gives us reassurance we can actually see that she’s happy and safe. Any questions or issues are responded to quickly. I’ve recommended Dogtopia to a couple of friends who now bring their dogs

Everyone’s accommodating. They engage the dogs. Also, the video is a good feature.
