Friendly staff , warm , place is clean and tidy .
My dog loves it there. The staff is friendly & competent.
Staff is amazing and my doggy’s happy!
1. The people are very nice and very kind to my dog.
2 Dogs are screened so that I know my dog is safe both from diseases and from fighting.
3. There is always someone in the room. Just in case.
4. It’s my dog’s happy place!

My dog, Rebecca, is treated like family when she is there. The staff are always friendly and willing to give Rebecca her belly rubs and hugs. Rebecca is always excited on “school” days and exhausted when she gets home. It gives peace of mind to know my dog is happy and treated kindly when she is at Dogtopia.
Easy booking procedure, questions are always answered in a timely fashion. And our pet loved his time!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They really get to know the dogs. My dog is very high energy and he is exhausted after a day at Dogtopia. The hours they are open for very well with my healthcare hours which can be unusual. I highly recommend Dogtopia Geneva.
I love that they all know his name when he walks in! He looks forward to going every week. I also love that everyone is so friendly. The cameras on the app are very comforting. 10/10!
