We understand that your dog is a member of the family. You want to provide your dog with safe socialization so that they meet and play with like-minded friends, exercise to keep them healthy and extend their lives and education to help ensure they are well-behaved both at home and when you take them out in public. Dogtopia’s daycare is designed with these needs in mind. Your dog’s safety is our top priority; that’s why our team’s training is certified by two nationally recognized associations in canine behavior. Our play rooms are supervised by these certified Canine Coaches, and your dog will be in a playroom where he or she is surrounded by dogs of similar size, temperament and play style as well as those who are fully vaccinated and have passed our Dogtopia evaluation. Your dog will be in very capable hands during their time with us!

DOG DAYCARE SERVICES AND MORE

We strive to provide the BEST Dog Daycare experience ever! Dogs thrive in a structured environment where they can socialize with others, learn new things, stay active and have fun. Our daycare provides pet parents with more than just a place to leave their dog for the day. They will learn valuable skills, including how to behave around humans and other dogs.

Our 6000 square foot facility comes with spacious, supervised playrooms in which dogs are placed according to their size, temperament and play style to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your beloved pet. We are proud to have the only outdoor area in any of the East Valley locations, with shades, misters, kiddie pools and hypoallergenic K-9 grass.

We offer an off-leash, open-play environment, allowing your pup total freedom. We are often compared to a climate controlled dog park (Cosmo Dog Park at a perfect temperature!). We provide dog parents with half-day or full-day daycare. If your pup needs a spa day, we also offer spa services as a part of our daycare and boarding packages. When you pick up your dog at the end of the day, you’ll pick up a perfectly happy and played out pup.

Need overnight or extended boarding services? Your pup will enjoy their own fun staycation when you reserve our boarding services.

STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY

Our light and bright 6,000 square foot facility was specially designed to keep your dog safe and comfortable. Our spacious indoor playrooms feature individual climate-controlled HVAC systems to keep the air clean, fresh and disease resistant, while keeping your pup cool during play and nap time. The specially-formulated compressed rubber flooring helps with their long-term joint and paw health and is slip-resistant when wet. Our rooms are deep cleaned and sanitized throughout the day with bio friendly products specially formulated for maximum effectiveness and pet safety. Dogs love playing outside, so our 1400 square feet of play space in our outdoor area, which is landscaped with turf and shaded from the direct rays of the sun is a big hit with our furry friends.

Want to see what your pup is up to during the day? You can at Dogtopia of Gilbert! We understand the separation anxiety that comes with being apart from your furry best friend, which is why we installed live webcams in every playroom so you can check in on your pup throughout the day (except during naptime and overnight). Our webcams are accessible from any internet-connected mobile or desktop device.

So you never feel separated from your dog, we have webcams in every playroom so you check in on them throughout the day (excluding naptime and overnight). All you need is a device that is connected to the Internet.

Dogtopia of Gilbert has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM facility. The Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM  Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.

The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.

STAFF

You dog’s safety is our number one priority, which is why our Canine Coach training is custom curriculum designed by a registered canine behaviorist. Our team knows how to recognize even the most subtle dog body language, and handle dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

We are located in Fiesta Shopping Center in Gilbert (very close to the Fry’s Grocery Store). Our cross streets are Williams Field Road and Gilbert Road conveniently located only a few miles from the 202 and Gilbert Road interchange and historic Downtown Gilbert. Close by are family homes, sports bars, brew pubs, restaurants and shopping.

SCHEDULING

If you want to schedule your dog for daycare, boarding or spa services, please contact us to arrange a time and date. Before you bring your dog to stay overnight, we ask that you bring them in for a meet and greet with our staff. This will include vaccination confirmation, a review of your dog’s history and health, nose to tail assessment, and an evaluation of your dog in our open-play environment.

If your dog is boarding with us and is not a Dogtopia daycare dog, we recommend at least three days of daycare prior to your boarding stay if possible. This allows your dog to get familiar with the playroom, the other dogs, the staff and most importantly, lets her know you are coming back to pick her up and that Dogtopia is a fun, temporary place to stay!
