Customer service, love of dogs

I enjoy the way my dog gets greeted every time I bring him in. He is treated like a star and everyone knows his name. He shares their excitement as well. Everyone has been so great and accommodating since the beginning.

Dogs come home tired and happy

Very nice staff!! Excellent at communication regarding my dog. I feel like my dog is well taken care by a great group of people!

The service is amazing, they give our sweet puppy Beau so much love and care while he is there and he gets so excited when he knows he’s going to doggy daycare and has a blast with all the other puppies and we can leave him there knowing that he is safe and while taking care of.

The team at Dogtopia Gilbert have been so welcoming and patient with my dog Dorby. He is nervous around new people and dogs and the team made sure he is slowly introducing to the new environment.

Very friendly during every interaction I’ve had. Everyone seems like a huge dog lover which truly makes the difference.

Pet parents are all also friendly and everyones pet also are friendly.

They were quickly able to help socialize our dog. We are new to bringing a dog into our lives and wanted to make sure to give him the best life we can. The staff at Dogtopia have been instrumental in helping us do that. They are so friendly, understanding and helpful. I can’t imagine taking our new family member anywhere else.

We also love the convenience of having him groomed right on the premises. It helps to reduce the anxiety of taking him to a whole other place.
