We love that you keep the facility very clean at all times. We love that you have several staff members that truly love the pets and constantly interact with them. We love that your front desk staff are always so friendly. We love that you have crates so the pets have some quiet time as well as getting the room cleaned and disinfected thoroughly while they are in the crates.

I love taking my dog to daycare. I know he’s in a safe place, playing with all his BFFFs and the Canine Coaches. He comes home exhausted for at least two days! I recommend to all new dog parents to go at least 3 times a week — that seems to be the magical number.

You genuinely care about our dog and are very personable. You are also very responsive to any concerns and questions. We are very lucky to have a great place to feel comfortable bringing our pup and know that she will be well taken care of!!

The staff is so attentive to the dogs, and I can just tell they are cared for so well. I love the healthy environment and food that they provide.

I appreciate that staff is responsive to my dogs when they ask for attention; often they are looking for reassurance or comfort if they are overwhelmed or just wanting human interaction, and getting some quick affection puts them at ease and they seem more playful and happier. I also really like the options for protein bowls and kongs, it helps create a really positive association for them. 🙂

The customer service is always top notch – personable and professional, the staff is always super friendly and loving of our dog, Sunny! She enjoys socializing w/ the other dogs in a clean and well supervised, and loving, environment!

What do I like about your services? How about everything! Starts with the friendly, personal greetings for myself and my dog when we arrive. My boy wants to get back to his room as fast as he can to be with his friends. When it is time for pickup, I can tell he had a wonderful day by his excitement. The spa service and nail clipping is also 1st notch. Highly recommend my local Dogtopia location.
