Great people at Dogtopia. They love our dog and treat her with kindness and love. She loves playing with the other dogs and gets great exercise.

I appreciate the structure of the day with a break for all dogs and also the multiple cleanings during the day.

I do wish I would see the staff interract more with the dogs. On camera, you can see the dogs following the staff looking for some attention. It’s a long day for them, especially when boarding. A little extra affection would be great for all of the pups.

Pet-first and friendly staff. My Boxer looks forward to “puppy playtime” and I know he’s in good hands.

From drop off to pick up, the Gilbert location is the best! The second my dog walks through the door we are met with “It’s Charlie!!! Hi Charlie!!” followed by belly rubs (she won’t go back to her room without them). I had scheduled a nail trim one of the days she was in for daycare this week and as we are scheduling the trim at the front desk the sweet woman’s response was “we will make sure to do it around lunch so she doesn’t miss out on play time” – Are you kidding me! My brain didn’t even go there, that is next level customer service. Thank you to every single person working there, I appreciate you all – even the people I don’t get to see!

I like that dogs must pass the meet and greet. This way I feel my dog is safer around the other dogs.

Employees are friendly and helpful. I also love the monthly events for the pups, my girl loves it at Dogtopia.

The Gilbert location offers a clean and safe environment for my two mini Aussies to play and socialize with other pups their age. The staff at Dogtopia are so attentive and caring towards our two girls, they really treat them like their own fur babies!

We have a very active and rambunctious black lab. We have tried a couple different daycares for her, because Dogtopia is a little farther out of the way for us. We always end up sticking with Dogtopia though, because that is where our girl, Abby, is always the happiest. She absolutely loves going there, and it truly feels like they love having her. They all remember her each time she comes and they call her by name. You can always tells the ones who do that job just for the money, and the ones who do it because they love dogs.
