The staff all seem to love animals and always seem so excited to see my boy! Love that the hours are from 7a-7p; with my work schedule, I welcome the ability to drop him off early and pick him up late when needed.
The price seems high
We really like how comfortable our Lily is coming to your facility each time. She can hardly wait to get out of the car. Your team greets her by name and welcomes her back each time. Lily loves having a safe cool place to play with her puppy friends.

The entry way was nice. As a new customer, I would have liked a tour during the meet and greet. Also, the employee working on Saturday, during my meet and greet pickup, was very unknowledgeable to every question asked. She either answered with ambiguity or by guessing incorrectly. I looked up the correct information in front of her unfortunately. Nonetheless, I felt that other staff had a better handle on the situation.
