Friendly staff that is always happy to see my dog.

My puppy is always excited to go and always worn out when I pick her up at the end of the day!

I can tell you care about my dog, but I feel like I got to know the people better who worked there previously. It feels much more impersonal now.

We have felt welcomed and cared for since starting the process of signing up for daycare. My puppy is 20 weeks old, and she has enjoyed playing with friends in a safe and fun environment.

Good location and very friendly staff. My dog (who doesn’t like other dogs) seems to like it!

I think more areas or toys to play

Front office staff is friendly but seem very disorganized. They have brought the wrong dog out before and frequently get my dogs mixed up. They are new so hopefully this will improve. The previous manager was in top of it all.

My dog comes home from a weekend stay, and while I can tell she is more tired than usual, she seems happy and calm. I wish there were a way to have access to the webcams over the weekend, but I can tell she is being treated well and she must be having a good time.

I think you take good care of the pups, but the pick up and drop off often seems disorganized and often takes a long time.

Also, would prefer that you had some outdoor space for the pups.
