We gave Dogtopia a 2nd try and I think things have improved since the last visit. The employees seem a lot better this time. The room smelled a lot better. It was unbearable last time. It seemed cleaner and there were some climbing toys available for the dogs.
I don’t know what you could improve except if the staff played with the pups a little . Maybe more equipment for dogs .

I think at least one midday update (shoot a text) on how my dog is doing would be very much appreciated?? Like during nap time?

SUCH friendly staff! Everyone greets you and your dog like family! Really amazing. Clean, so cute, etc etc!

The staff is friendly. The mobile app is incredibly easy to use to book apts & services. My dog has had good experiences with daycare.

Very friendly & professional!

All of the staff seem happy to see my dog and seem to be compassionate dog-lovers. I like that the dogs get to play and run around most of the day and don’t spend much time in crates. Love the weekday hours – it’s important to me to be able to drop the dog off by 7am and that you are open until 7pm.
