Great communication with staff when calling to check on my dog Mylo. Love being able to see him on camera. Appreciated the text messages with daily options for Mylo to enjoy treats or activities.
Hours – keep the 6 hour half day option but make any 6 hours. The drop-off and pick up for a half day is really inconvenient and sometimes impossible during the workday. 2pm is almost always a meeting time.
Hours – allow for later pick up after 7. If necessary, charge $10 but allow for a late pick up up to 8 pm. Coming from down town, 7pm is hard to make.
Web cam access for boarding pup parents only.
Everyone was extremely friendly and they genuinely care for the dogs. The place was extremely clean and they were especially attentive to my little girl during her meet/greet as she was very timid.
The friendly and attentive staff are a plus for our family.
Lots of engaging activities for the pups.

Dogtopia of Herndon has provided dog parents with a safe and fun place to leave their dog or pamper their pup since 2011. We offer dog daycare, dog boarding, training and spa services. Our friendly and knowledgeable team love dogs and will do everything we can to make sure they have a paw-some time when they stay at our fully-equipped, spacious facility.
