Charlie is well taken care of by the staff at Herndon. I appreciate all that they do!

My dog was given a bath before we picked him up from boarding. We had scheduled that we would pick him up at 10am. I got there at 10:30 and was told that my dog was still really wet from the bath. I came back and got him closer to noon and he was still soaking wet. So my car and house ended up getting covered in wet dog hair.

It is not a huge deal, but is definitely a detail that I would share with my friends that need to board their pets. Great facility but skip on getting them a bath before pickup

Great experience! The staff is always so caring and kind with my dog. Always professional. We’ve used this Dogtopia location since 2012. Wow! A decade. Well be back again, anytime.

My dog and I had a great experience at Dogtopia at our Meet and Greet. The staff was very positive, uplifting and love animals. The live web cam stream of all the dogs in the playroom was especially beneficial. I was very happy with the overall set up and customer service experience.

First of all I liked the meet and greet that was done to make sure that our dog was safe and compatible with all the dogs that were staying at the doggy daycare. There is nothing more assuring than to know your pet is safe and in a favorable environment where he is no danger. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia to others.

Consistent video access as that is the reason I chose Dogtopia. During my last boarding experience I could not access the toy box on the majority of days but could access the other 2 rooms.

They are so flexible and my dog loves being there. Definitely recommend.

Only thing would be to put ozone air fresheners in to reduce the “kennel smell”. Great staff and it seems like the team works well together. See you soon.

More activities for dogs to motivate them.
