The staff are friendly and care for the dogs that are in their care. I am a new dog owner and I feel comfortable leaving my puppy with them while I am at work. My puppy is excited when we walk into imto the facility and that makes me happy 😃

Kathy and all the staff are so kind and you can tell they truly love the dogs! They are very sweet to my pup Summer and she is excited to be there each day we go.

Any customer service questions I’ve had on getting set up on the App etc. have been answered timely and professionally.

My dog adores Dogtopia and all the staff there. It’s like Disneyland for him. I love how caring and wonderful everyone at Dogtopia is. I know that my dog is always well-cared for when he stays there.

All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Our dog gets soooo excited when we drop her off for daycare and is worn out at night when we pick her up.

You are very cooperative and responsive on pick up and drop off times. I appreciate this as we always use Dogtopia when we are traveling, and it is not always easy to guarantee a fixed pick up time.
