I was only there for the meet and greet but the place and staff seem nice. I hope to bring my pup back for a full day experience so I don’t have any comments at this time.

Friendly and attentive staff who really get to know our pup – his personality, likes, dislikes, and more. They take great care of him!

Big fan of Dogtopia of Herndon. The slight improvement I could recommend would be: making sure the cameras are on during the normal times as sometimes the gym camera is out.

The other thing I would really like to see is offering options for weekly packages such as a 5 days a week package for $100-112 to help people who just need daycare during the week save some money.

Things have been really great since Christian became manager. He really takes the time to know each dog and their owner and is open to feedback. He seems to really care. Tyrell and Jasmine are also great and take good care of Dottie. Thank you! 🙂
