I love hearing about Lucky from the staff when I pick up and drop off. Watching Lucky be exited to see the staff members and run to them makes me confident that he is being watched and cared for.

Friendly staff. They know my dog and seem to care about him. I love the webcam where I can check on my dog. The price is comparable to other competitors too.

It was easy to sign up and request dates. Management was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel welcomed every time I drop my dog off. Great communication via email and text. My dog enjoys his time at DogTopia.

I know my basset hound, Aki can be a lot at times, but everyone there is always so kind to him! He loves going to Dogtopia! He’s always so excited to go through the door to daycare that he doesn’t even look back! I can tell he’s well loved there and liked! Despite trying to be a escape artist haha! I really like the little events and I know he hates the photoshoots, but my partner and I love getting photos back of him! I like that there’s a Webcam so if I want to check in on him I can. The location is also within walking distance of where I live so it’s also super convenient! Aki is my bassie son and as a parent I always worry about him, but I really appreciate all the staff there and really appreciate the care and kindness they have towards him!

We really appreciate the staff at the Herndon Dogtopia. Our dogs really see them as part of their extended family. Gertie pulls on her lead, which is not normal, so she can say hi to everyone.
