Friendly staff
I reached out to see if I could get daycare for one of my dogs and do a Meet and Greet for my other dog. The staff (I talked with Connor and Casper and a nice woman but I can’t remember her name) were all incredibly friendly and professional and got my dogs in the next day. I was able to watch them on the webcams and they got to go outside frequently and the staff were very attentive and constantly cleaning. I am super happy with Dogtopia and will definitely be taking my dogs there more often!
Well, my dog had her first Meet and Greet at Dogtopia. I was impressed with the cleanliness/smell of the facility. The staff (Connor) was very nice and helpful. My dog stayed for a couple of hours and seemed happy upon pick up. I am hopeful to many months of good service!
You include everything. I don’t have to pay extra for playtime!
I have a small dog, who is very shy. I’m not sure his opinion! I love being able to see him when he is there, I wish it was on when they are there overnight. I do wish the people who are watching them would be a little more interacting with the dogs, instead of always cleaning (which I do think is important). Of the 7 days I was gone, I never saw them outside playing, maybe I just missed it.
I’d like to see some pictures of my dog while there & maybe a report of his behavior, acting towards other dogs, etc. I wish I could afford to have him there during the day, but I can’t
afford to do that since I’m now retired.
The employees seem to enjoy their job.

The Dogtopia workers are great. They really care about the animals and care for them as if they were their own. They even gave my dog a birthday gift! I also really love all of the special events they do for the dogs from holiday snacks to photo ops.
Friendly service, flexibility in booking, and our dog was well taken care of.

Dogtopia staff really loves working with dogs. Our Maggie loves going there. She runs to the staff when I drop her off. I feel comfortable leaving her with them.
