Highlands Ranch Reviews

I like that you do a behavior evaluation with each dog before they are able to attend and that you also have them running around all day to socialize and wear them out, as opposed to being in runs and hand walked. My dog is a bit anxious & herdy but you work around his quirks. I also think it’s great that you separate the smaller dogs out into their own room as some dogs, like mine, bully little dogs. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and loves my dog. I also appreciate the WebCams so I can check in on my dog during the day.
Convienence. And of course playtime!
The staff is incredible and great with all the fur babies. They know all the parents and the fur babies by name. I would recommend Dog Topia Highlands Ranch to anyone.
Takes care of my dog very well. All the employees are friendly and love dogs.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
My dogs love Dogtopia so much! and so do I!!!
I liked the meet and greet where you introduce the dogs a little at a time. However, I feel I should be given a tour before leaving my dog and have access to the camera when leaving my dog. It all seemed so secretive, and didn’t give me the most comfortable feeling. The staff was very nice though, but we should be able to check out the facility and watch when leaving our dogs.
Staff was excellent especially with our new puppy. They introduced him slowly and he came out very happy! Love the webcam so I can see how he does with the other dogs & staff.
Friendly people and my dog Lucy loved being there!
Just in the last 6 months or so, I have noticed a big difference in the staff that check you in and out of the facility. (more friendly environment). As a bonus, it now seems to smell cleaner in the lobby, than a year ago, when you pick up your dog. And the dog photos every now and then at your special events like puppy bowl are kind of cool. Just keep up the customer service!!
Cheers.
