Super kind staff that are just great with the dogs. Surfaces cleaned regularly and dogs rest midday with an opportunity for lunch. Been using and recommending DT Highlands Ranch for many years.

My Hallie-May (4yo goldendoodle) and I have always tangled with separation anxiety. We’ve tried a few boarding/dog day-care facilities, but she was always resistant when returning. Dogtopia’s structured introduction for each dog to daycare, and then onward to having required longer day-care stays before a boarding stretch VISIBLY made a difference in Hallie’s comfort over there. We went through the intro, and had a week-long stay last summer, and just this past week she had a last minute 3-day stay while I traveled out west for a funeral. The relief I feel watching her tail wagging as she excitedly trots off with one of the regular staff is PRICELESS. Finding the team at Dogtopia HR has really changed the game for us – knowing she loves going there just as much as she loves being at home with us. Also, the app is fantastic – and getting to see my little loaf napping in the play areas, or following the humans around with the biggest smile – it’s the best we’ve experienced so far! They love my dog & are really sweet to him. I love seeing him get pet & held on the webcam. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I also get my dog a bath & nail trim too.

I had a consult with my dog, Lilly on Thursday, and the 2 gals at the desk were very personable, helpful and caring. I look forward to bringing Lilly back to play!
