Staff is polite. Pet has received good care while boarded. Webcams do not seem to always work the best.

I liked that there was someone in the room with the dogs during the times I would check on our dog through the webcam. And of course, I love that a webcam is available at Dogtopia!

I love that the front desk staff know Jackson when we walk in. He comes back tired, but in good spirits.

Your staff always welcomes our dog Pepper enthusiastically. I feel she gets plenty of attention at daycare.

Very friendly staff. Brook does an amazing job grooming too. Dogs are happy when they come home.

I have only experienced the Meet and Greet. I hope that my doggie will be socializing with other doggies, play and have a good time. I like the possibility to see the action via the web cameras. I’ll be able to say more after daycare occurs.

I love the daycare it’s just gotten too expensive to go very often. Overnight stays are out of the question now at $75 a day

You’re very convenient, have decent hours & pricing and you always take terrific care of my dog. The new groomer is amazing and I really appreciate the care she provides to my dog, it’s obvious they get along and I almost wonder if he quietly likes bathes now.

Some of the cameras do not always work during the viewing hours of the dogs (outside of feeding and nap time). I’ve also found that sometimes it takes forever for the videos to load or they have a hard time staying on a consistent play through when you do get the videos to load.

I love to be able to watch my dog play with all of the other dogs. I know he is well cared for while I’m away.
