The staff was very sweet and genuinely seemed interested in getting to know my puppy. One critique was that they immediately put my puppy (large puppy) in the big dog room and he was terrified. I felt the staff should have introduced him to the large dogs in the yard so it was not so overwhelming for him in such a small space, instead of baptism by fire, per se. They then tried my puppy on the small dog side and introduced him in the yard, making it easier for him to adjust. I love that there are cameras for parents to watch their dogs throughout the day. When watching the cameras, I saw Ash being given love and attention by all the staff. I will be utilizing this Dogtopia location for boarding and occasional daycare.
You have a good people to take care ok our dog kasper and the access to the cámara is geat
Tucker is always so excited to come to daycare. He will start barking in excitement the second we get out of the car and realize where we are. He comes home exhausted too which is a plus for me having such a high energy dog.
Always reliable and we love watching the dogs on the webcam. Makes us feel like they are there with us. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Shadow LOVES dogtopia. The people are amazing, caring, and responsible. We enjoying always when shadow goes there as much as he enjoys more.
