Friendly, positive, caring. And love the video cams
I really enjoy the transparency and ease of use of the app. I like being able to check on my dog as needed from the cameras. One thing to improve on is the communication for the extra treats. I am fine paying for the extras but there needs to be a limit for the amount of calories. I just left my dog for approximately 36 hours and in that time he was given 20 meatballs and a sugar cookie. This led to him gaining nearly 2 pounds in the 36 hours.
Boarded dogs are allowed to play and be active most of the day in the designated rooms and outside play area.

We absolutely love Dogtopia in Memorial. Our Penelope never wants to leave. She gets never ending love and you all make sure she eats every 3 hours, to help her vomiting syndrome. We appreciate all you do!
