The people are wonderful!
The other locations have different deals that they send (random discounted boarding weekends, etc) and they offer buying packages of 5+ days of daycare ahead to use at any time. I would prefer to prepay with a slight discount instead of buying a weekly package.

The friendliness and understanding from the receptionist was unmatched. She answered every silly question I had with kindness. She was giving advice to a worker about what needs to happen. I really like that she treated him with respect and called it a “teachable moment.” I know tensions can be high with a lot of people needing you at once but every worker I met in a couple hours was calm, cool, collected and happy to be there.
