Staff is caring and attentive.
The friendliness and understanding from the receptionist was unmatched. She answered every silly question I had with kindness. She was giving advice to a worker about what needs to happen. I really like that she treated him with respect and called it a “teachable moment.” I know tensions can be high with a lot of people needing you at once but every worker I met in a couple hours was calm, cool, collected and happy to be there.

It was a great environment for my 5 month puppy. She was extremely nervous about her 1st trip to daycare and the staff made her feel completely at home. She had a wonderful time and looks forward to her next trip to Dogtopia.
