Customizable services, direct access through app, and personability of employees. I like feeling that my dog is being taken care of like one of their own

I love Dogtopia’s friendly, capable, and caring staff and its clean, fun, and pup-enriching environment.
I like that the dogs get to have a safe air conditioned space to play in during the day.
I think it would be very beneficial if the dogs were not left alone during boarding, or at least not as long. It would also be nice to be able to see them during the night (camera access).
I think these two things would make a very important change that many of us would greatly appreciate.
Although less important but as a suggestion, it would also be nice if boarding dogs were fitted with a monitoring collar whose data we could see remotely.
