I love how friendly all the staff is, and I love how much care they provide to my dog! He is always so happy to be there, and I know that he is in great hands when I drop him off for weekly daycare or when I need to be out of town.

There was no video for most of the time. I only checked during business hours, but it was a holiday weekend. So, I think video should be available more than it was for me. When video is not available, I do not like seeing the repeating ad video loop, which at first seemed like the real video might be loading in the background. That was annoying.

They know my dog and truly care for her. I have no worries at all when I drop her off because I know she will be treated as well as I treat her.

Another camera in the rooms to see a better view of the dogs. It would be nice to have a payment package that isn’t a use it or lose it.
