The staff members are so caring and warm. Also, there’s been very little staff turnover which is a good sign. Our dog is always excited to go there.
We are always greeted with positive and smiling faces when we arrive each day.
The folks that work at the Waugh location are so excited to see our dog and in turn our girl never hesitates to bust through the door to get all her belly rubs.
This location is always clean and orderly and there is always staff available to answer the phone and door.
Friendly staff who seem like actual dog lovers. I can tell my dog felt safe and really seemed to enjoy the day. He was happy with the live and dare. Thank you Dogtopia.
