Friendly staff offers superb care for my puppy.

Friendly staff

Normally I would rate you a 10 but this time there were 1 issues. 1) pepper was only there for 4 nights but she developed bloody stools which I was told was from stress, but she’s stayed there much longer and never had this, so I’d really like to know what’s changed that has made it stressful for her. 2) I sent extra food in case we had a car breakdown or something, so 3-4 extra cups of food, and when I picked her up the food was all gone!!!! That was way too much, maybe that caused her bloody stool issue? I’m concerned that her diet was not followed.
I would like to talk to someone about these problems.

Convenience

I absolutely love the theme days. That must take a lot of planning and continued enthusiasm from the staff, but I really appreciate it and love the instagram pictures.

Everyone was friendly and helpful plus my pupper had a fantastic time 🙂

I like that the workers are friendly with the dogs. Just like you wouldn’t want a mean teacher around your kids I want a friendly loving person around my dogs.

The staff at West Alabama are so kind and friendly to me and my Molly!!! They always answers my questions when I call with warmth and compassion. I feel so confident that Molly is secure and is enjoying her stay at Dogtopia!
