Scout is so happy when I drop him off. Staff is so friendly, schedule mirrors ours, love the video feed if I want to see him.
From what I can see in the webcams, there is almost nothing for the dogs to do in the rooms other than a few ramps and there is very little interaction with humans.
Also my dogs have gotten a couple of serious illnesses and I wish you’d notify other people when a dog is sick.
We love the staff there! They are so good to all dogs, including ours (Kancho), who is really shy and nervous. They have gone above and beyond to make it comfortable for her; and now she loves going to daycare as well as boarding there! It’s like a second home to her now.
Everyone is positive, friendly and professional. You can feel they like their job, and the animals. They have a nice calming manner toward the pets.
