Houston – W. Alabama Street Reviews

It’s very easy to book appointments, everyone on the staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and most importantly my dog is excited to go to DogTopia and is always happy and healthy when I pick her up.

The people are great and our dog likes going there. My only recommendation would be a bigger area for the dogs to really run at full speed but I know that the location has limited space.

I love the ease of drop off and pickup, the activities they host for the pups, and knowing that my dog is safe with the staff.

I like that Dogtopia W. Alabama is so gentle and kind to my little Charlie. He is always so happy to get in to see his fury friends in his Wee group. And never ready to leave when I pick him up. Grateful for the care that the canine coaches and staff put into taking care of Charlie and always so welcoming. He’s still loving it here!

I always felt comfortable leaving my dog here as the staff is friendly, competent, and truly cares about the dogs there. The staff always communicated with me well when there was an issue. My dog was always excited to go to daycare, so I know he enjoyed himself. Further, I used the grooming and boarding services which were also excellent.

If there’s one thing I wish you had were daycare packages like a 5 or 10 pack. Some Dogtopias have them, but W Alabama only has a monthly//weekly which isn’t as useful since my dog isn’t on a consistent schedule.
