My dogs seem happy!

I have had some concerns over the last 6 months or so in regards to my dog being crated outside the 2 hour window. I have even gone so far as to pick my dog up early when I see him in a crate which has been around 3-4. He was even still in crate when I picked up at 4:30. I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told they didn’t currently have one. I am wondering if the owner is monitoring the videos to see how often the dogs are crated. The current staff is very friendly but a sense there may be some issues they they don’t feel comfortable talking about. I know early on there were staffing shortages which I hope now have been resolved.

Friendly, welcoming and patient! My rescue pup tends towards reactivity, so I wasn’t sure if he could do daycare. But the staff worked with him over several brief sessions (at no cost!) to introduce him to the environment. This will be his third week of full day twice-weekly sessions. I’ve even noticed that he’s better with the dogs we encounter on our neighborhood walks! Dogtopia has been a great for both of us.

You guys provided an excellent long-term kenneling service for my best friend’s dog during hard times at a good price and I really appreciate you guys for that. Thank you. Your employees have also been very kind and helpful. Great work all around. Much appreciated
