I like that the dogs are active most of the day. The people really seem to care about the dogs. I especially like the attention that Ryan pays to my dog. He is excellent with her and I really appreciate it.

I started sending my dog to Dogtopia in January. When I’ve had concerns, the staff has been very prompt to address them. They also keep me up to date on my dog’s progress at the daycare.

I realize taking care of a good sum of dogs is a never ending cleanup, but I have seen many times when a mop was taken to multiple messes on the floor using the same mop without rinsing it off.
Again, I realize this is a huge ask but using the same mop for multiple puddles is just spreading whatever diseases are floating around between dogs.
Other than that I am very grateful for the attention my dogs get.

The staff is very friendly and cares about each dog. I like that it’s not overwhelming with too many dogs.

Employees are very friendly and truly seem to love the dogs that visit.

I do wish that pricing and packages would be posted easily to see. I’m hoping they will build suites there for overnight stays. I also wish the lobby area was bigger, it can seemed a bit crazy once 2 or 3 folks are there with their dogs.

The facility is very nice, but is often under staffed. I will not be taking my Pup back for daycare after December 31, 2024 because it is too far from my home.

Good customer service

We really appreciate that Dogtopia has small groups- our last daycare had >100 dogs in the same area at a time and it was overstimulating to one of our dogs. He’s doing great in the small groups at Dogtopia!

The only feedback we have so far is that there are some crates that are off-camera. If one of our dogs needs rotated out once in a while, it’d be nice to be able to see them.
