Very friendly staff and bright clean facilities.

Friendly personnel – name tags for them? – who hug and pet my dog! I feel confident she’s in good care. At home she enjoys sleeping on rugs and carpet and I would like to have those available at Dogtopia!

I like that the dogs are active most of the day. The people really seem to care about the dogs. I especially like the attention that Ryan pays to my dog. He is excellent with her and I really appreciate it.

I started sending my dog to Dogtopia in January. When I’ve had concerns, the staff has been very prompt to address them. They also keep me up to date on my dog’s progress at the daycare.

I realize taking care of a good sum of dogs is a never ending cleanup, but I have seen many times when a mop was taken to multiple messes on the floor using the same mop without rinsing it off.
Again, I realize this is a huge ask but using the same mop for multiple puddles is just spreading whatever diseases are floating around between dogs.
Other than that I am very grateful for the attention my dogs get.
