Easy, pleasant staff. The web cam.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have worked to get my dog to be comfortable.
My dog can’t wait to get out of the car and go inside and play. I love the fact that they are free to play and constantly supervised. Also the cameras are great for checking in to see how your dog is doing. This gives peace of mind.
The staff is very professional and learned my dog’s name after two visits. I like the protocols you have, the ease of drop-off and pick-up, your spa services, and the facility itself.
My two boys absolutely Love Dogtopia, and so do I! I cannot say enough about the caring team and how much I trust them with my boys. They have helped me so much with my busy clinical schedule and all the bumps in the road that we may come across. Cannot recommend more.
Awesome customer service . Friendly staff . My dog is excited to go.
Everyone is friendly and takes good care of my pet. She loves it
Knowing the pups names and coming out to get them if needed
I love everything about your services. The staff is very nice to Kenny and I. He loves it there. If it was a closer to my job, I would bring more often. Kenny loves, Ms. Izzy, Mr. Jordan, and Mr. Ian.
Caring people and my dog have opened up to being there
