Everyone was very friendly. Answered questions and made my dog feel right at home.
The staff has always treated both me and my dog with kindness and respect. The facilities are great. I love the foam floor that is good for developing puppies and dogs with bad joints. Safety is always a priority. When I watch on the cameras, dog accidents are cleaned up right away. They don’t leave waste lying around all day.

We love bringing our pup Banks to Dogtopia! The staff is always friendly, personable and takes great care of our little guy. And the prices are extremely reasonable. The best part is that he’s absolutely worn out after a full day with his puppy friends. Dogtopia is the best!
Rocky loves it and I know he is being taken care of when he is there!
Liam is very happy with Dogtopia and so am I. They treat him very well. I was worried with him being an older dachshund but they watch out for him.
The only suggestion I have is maybe having report cards on how they do on overnight visits. I love the fact the people that look after them intract with the dogs. You can see how they care on the camera.

The Dogtopia Southbank team is by far the best Dogtopia team I’ve interacted with. They are always top notch and you can really tell that they care about the pups they take care of!
The staff LOVE our pup. She is always so excited to get out of the car and see the staff. They give consistent feedback regarding her behavior and I know that they genuinely care for her. When I see her on the videos, she is always running around having a good time and seems happy to be there. Not to mention, she comes home to us tired which is a miracle considering her energy level. We are super thankful for dogtopia southbank!
