Always friendly

Dogtopia Southbank grouped dogs by size, welcomed me and my dog very warmly, had a live camera feed, and were patient with my dog when he was playing too rough. Thanks to them my puppy will get a chance to learn to socialize, get energy out, and be able to board when we need him to.

Your staff really cares about the dogs. I brought one dog who had been to Dogtopia before along with a 5 month old puppy. It was great to see how your guys made sure my Bloodhound puppy had a good first time experience and enjoyed her stay. It was her first time at any day care. My older hound played with many dogs as related by staff, and both were nicely tired on the drive home. We will gladly be back. Thanks for making her first stay a good experience!

The staff at Dogtopia SouthBank are absolutely incredible humans. Our dogs love their playtime with friends and loving staff! This place is an absolute gem! I feel comfortable taking my 14 yr old dog even though she just “dog watches” most of the day. This place rocks!

The property clean, neat and dogs seemed happy based on the live video feed. The people were super friendly and went to great pains to be sure our puppy successfully entered the larger pack.

My dog is a nervous girl, the staff are always so patient with her when I drop her off in the morning. It’s so sweet to watch her warm up, remember where she is, and eagerly walk in with them.

Friendly staff. We are new to Jacksonville and left a daycare we loved in AL but Dogtoptia made my dogs feel at home. The staff is obviously passionate about what they do and it is clear they care for my dogs.

The staff at the Southbank location are top notch! They are friendly, caring and always take great care of our pup. Whether it’s daycare, boarding or the spa services, they always do a wonderful job.
