Staff are very friendly and you can tell they love their jobs.

Our dog Flen LOVES going here…he has a great time with the other pups and it’s great to be able to check in on him via webcams while we’re at work! 🙂

Honestly, this is one of the best daycares we have ever used! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. You can sure see their passion for dogs! Whenever my kiddos are sick, post-op, or needing meds… the special attention given to them is always outstanding. They even take the time to give me updates throughout the day. I love the monthly calendar of events, pics, and goodie bags. It is like a human daycare! I also love all of the cameras! The best part, they accommodate healthcare hours. Wish there were more locations in Jacksonville!

Always the employees that work at Dogtopia. They are very polite and receptive.

Dogtopia’s staff does a great job at making the dogs feel loved and protected. Them knowing my dogs name and who I am each time I drop off or pick him up makes me feel like they are invested in the dogs that come there. Thanks for all y’all do!

I have trusted Dogtopia with both daytime play and overnight stays for my Australian Cattle Dog, Rusty, ever since he was only a few months old. Cattle dogs are extremely high energy, and nearly every time I pick him up he is happy and exhausted.

Even when we go on week long trips, a hard occasion for our high-anxiety dog, I know he has a great time. He is always in great spirits and good health at both drop off and pick-up, and seeing his tail wag excitedly as we arrive for drop off tells me all I need to know about how the staff treats him.

Rusty is 3 years old now, and I would not trust him with any other facility. The staff knows him and is always happy to see him, and the planned events are always both cute and fun. He likes the doggy ice cream days, water days, and bobbing for apples in the fall best! The cameras are easy to access and the staff is always quick to answer the phone if you ever have any questions about your pup or their stay.

Everyone was very friendly. Answered questions and made my dog feel right at home.

The staff has always treated both me and my dog with kindness and respect. The facilities are great. I love the foam floor that is good for developing puppies and dogs with bad joints. Safety is always a priority. When I watch on the cameras, dog accidents are cleaned up right away. They don’t leave waste lying around all day.
