I can’t say enough good things about the team at Dogtopia of Jacksonville at The Avenues. I boarded my female Frenchie, Lolli, with them, and during her stay she became sick and had blood in her stool. It was worrying to have her feeling unwell while I was away, but the staff took exceptional care of her.

They went above and beyond by taking Lolli to my personal veterinarian and administering her medication afterward. Knowing they were making sure she received the care she needed gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Their communication was just as impressive. They kept me updated on her condition and progress, so I wasn’t left wondering how she was doing. Their attentiveness, compassion, and willingness to help meant so much to me.

You learn a lot about a boarding facility when your pet needs extra care, and this team truly stepped up for Lolly. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and dedication they showed her. I highly recommend Dogtopia at The Avenues to anyone looking for a caring, dependable place for their dog. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my girl!

We love Dogtopia! The staff is fantastic, and they care for our sweet puppy whether he is boarding or there for daycare. He is excited to go and has a great time every time!

My dog Beau absolutely loves Dogtopia. When I tell him he’s going, he runs to the door then jumps in the car. The staff know him, call him by name and he is anxious to see them and his dog buddies. I especially like the ability to look in on him via webcam. He always seems happy and calm. I would highly recommend Dogtopia at the avenues.

We love your services. We love how you take care of our boys. They are special to us and they are special to you. Recently, while they were staying with you, Jack had a seizure. He has them rarely so we didn’t expect any health issues but your team did the very best for Jack. We are so grateful.

Lots of play time and wonderful staff!

I loved that there were activities planned every day, and that I could tell my pup received tons of love and attention while she was there. She came home happy and exhausted so I know she had an amazing time.

Most friendly and kind staff. Very clean with lots of fun activities for the dogs. I love dropping him off knowing he’s going to have a great day every time.

Customer service

We were in town for a conference and wanted to enjoy a road trip with our newly adopted Goldendoodle. We discovered Dogtopia and couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles. We loved watching Charlie get plenty of exercise and social time by live streaming.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every step of the experience—from the initial inquiry to registration and drop-off. Dogtopia is truly a great solution for dog parents in need of day or overnight care.
