They treat my dog like she is their own. It is such a happy place and the people are just exceptional. They are so kind and helpful and truly love what they do. I am a very particular dog mom, but I have no reservations about leaving Sophie with Dogtopia in Overland Park. I would give them 20 stars out of 10!

However it would be great if you could accumulate credits to reduce the cost of overnight stays by being a loyal customer.
Better supervision in the playroom – some associates are on their phones – walking around but not always stopping the mounting going on
