Overall convenience, very friendly and obviously competent personnel who genuinely care about our dogs. This is not just our opinion, but our dogs as well. We know this because our dogs are always excited to go to Dogtopia and anxious to interact with the personnel at the facility. We also like the ability to schedule grooming as needed and dogs are always comfortable with these services.

The employees are kind and courteous. The groomer takes extra care for both our dogs when they get there nails trimmed – which they dislike quite a bit. What is really important is when I view the webcam to see how the one dog that we take for 1/2 stay is doing. Frequently, I see the room monitor just bending over scratching a dog with a dozen dogs around him/her. In other words, they really like interacting with our pets.

Jordan is always able to squeeze us it and get our dog, Chewbacca, groomed. She gets so much hair off of him that it helps a tenth his shedding and he always smells SO good after!! Dogtopia is our go to groomer!

It’s easy drop off and pick up.

Everyone is very friendly and attentive to my April. April loves going there.

Did a really good job of evaluations on my new to me rescue dog. I feel confident having him interact with new dogs and people.
