The people at the front desk are friendly, the place is very cheery looking, and the groomer met with me and my dog (it was our first visit at Dogtopia) before I left him with her. I sent photos of how I wanted him groomed to her personal cell number and she did exactly what I wanted. My dog seemed relaxed and happy when I picked him up. I will be making another grooming appointment for my dog at Dogtopia.
