Chena’s visit to Reese for grooming was our first visit to Dogtopia. You have a clean, friendly, welcoming environment, and it was easy to get through on the phone. And Reese — what can I say? She has extraordinary patience and prowess with grooming difficult dogs, not least my malamute girl (who is otherwise a real sweetheart, but not for grooming).

The people there are very nice and helpful and the facilities are clean and nice. It’s really great to be able to watch on the cameras too. Great overall experience!

Prices seem reasonable compared to other places. I especially like that playtime is a normal part of boarding, not an upcharge. The cameras are also very helpful when leaving my dog for multiple days.

Staff is kind and genuinely cares about the dogs. When there was an incident with one of the staff members, Dogtopia responded quickly and appropriately, while directly informing their clients.

Thank you for the excellent grooming service. Our senior dog looked and smelled amazing!!

My dog is averse to other dogs and when I told them ahead of time they ushered her straight into the grooming area. She was having her nails trimmed and they used a dremmel which gives a roundness to the nails. Less likely of snags on carpet. Groomer was very polite and efficient. Owner was good conversationalist while I waited. I knew they did dog baths but it turns out they also brush dogs teeth which you do not find this service available very often. Definitely a repeat customer.

Ability to access as needed with membership. Personable, professional personnel ( as verified by Ellie and Blue who are always excited to go to Dogtopia and obviously have a great time). Good value for services.

What a fantastic groomer named Karen! She was able to work with our rescue pups, who are both very tricky to bathe and groom. They both came out looking amazing and she was so gentle. 😍 We will definitely visit again
