The staff is responsive in answering questions and ensuring my dog is happy and healthy when she visits.
I love that everyone knows Miley right when we walk in. Even if I don’t have an appointment they will take her last minute if they have room. The entire staff are very kind and easy to work with. Dave the groomer is one of the best groomers! My dog Miley begs to go there! She absolutely loves it there!
Great employees ,clean friendly atmosphere. My dogs are happy playing with other dogs and exercising. Always have something special for the dogs to do.I would recommend Dogtopia
Availability, choice or boarding. The only thing is the app doesn’t always let you see your dog clearly. I never found my dog and this is the 2nd time.
My two dogs truly love their doggy days at Dogtopia. They get to play all day and come home tired, which is great for me after a long day at work. I feel confident in leaving them both and that they are in good hands throughout the day. The staff lets me know how they did with the others dogs and they always make my pups feel welcome.
I love how friendly the staff is. Not only is the staff friendly they actually take the time to get to know your dog and treat them like their own. I feel so comfortable leaving Biggie ( my almost 2 year old Bernedoodle) with the staff at Dogtopia. They go out of their way to have fun events and treats for the dogs! I’m so happy we started going to Dogtopia when she was a puppy. Biggie’s ears perk up as soon as we tell her, “we are going to Daycare today!”
My groomer, David is so professional but more importantly my dog has 10 years of trust with him. He normally is fearful of people and is known to bite but adores his groomer and comes home always looking spiffy.
Not the first time I’ve boarded my dog for an extended period of time here. They call if there’s any issues and they post pictures of the dogs to the Facebook page. The cameras are a nice touch so you can keep tabs on your fur baby
